We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
- Build convenient interfaces for the Nebius console
- Be the accountable designer for your console services and features
- Do the research to build the best solutions
- Work with user scenarios around business needs, technical restrictions and common sense
- Present the solutions for the developers, product managers and other stakeholders
- Manage tasks from brainstorming hypotheses to reviewing the implementation
- Work and develop our design system
We expect you to have:
- Ability to see products as a chain of scenarios rather than a set of static states
- Ability to balance overuse and innovation
- Familiarity with the design process: receiving the specs and hypotheses, verifying them, coming up with the design and prototype, building the visuals and collaborating with clients and developers
- Attention to detail and systematic organization of layouts in Figma
- Work together with other designers to create the best solutions for our product
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong ability to build adaptive interfaces
- At least 5 years of work experience as a product designer
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and developers in English
- Ability to work with complex prototypes in Figma
- Experience with UX testing methods
- Experience creating layouts for consoles or other high-load web applications
- Ability to speak with developers using HTML, CSS and JS terminology
