The product team at When I Work is responsible for developing the vision, product, and go to market strategy for the company. • Design innovative and delightful product experiences as part of a highly collaborative product and development team
  • Practice design thinking techniques to guide exploration with users, make insights visible across teams, and validate assumptions in the most efficient way possible
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources to fully understand challenges at scale. Measure and refine iteratively-delivered solutions to delight customers and achieve business goals
  • Facilitate collaborative design sessions to gather a variety of perspectives and build shared ownership with cross-functional teams
  • Produce workflows and interaction designs that translate raw ideas and insights into new products or features hypotheses.
  • Help define both long and short-term vision and roadmap to accomplish business, product and design team goals
  • Leverage the design techniques best suited to achieve goals (e.g. surveys, interviews, prototyping, usability testing, design specs)
  • Share stories. Write about and present what you learn with internal partners, executives, and stakeholders as well as the broader community
