About the Company

TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. Space International spearheads the provision of cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professional services, while the local teams at Payme and TBC Uzbekistan drive sustained growth and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing user scenarios, formulating hypotheses, and validating them.
• Designing mockups, preparing them for handoff to development, and conducting design reviews post-development.
• Initiating and participating in user research to gather qualitative feedback on the interface.
• Working on communication materials (landing pages, banners).
• Collaborating with other designers as part of a team.
  Main Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in product design, including designing user web interfaces.
• Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines, while understanding technical limitations.
• Strong understanding and application of a product-oriented approach in design, incorporating knowledge of product and business metrics.
• Proficiency in conducting market and audience analysis, usability testing, and generating hypotheses and ideas for A/B testing, with the ability to utilize research results in design work.
• Ability to make research-based decisions and effectively justify them.
• Knowledge of visual design, typography, and interactive prototyping to simulate user interactions and test functionality.
• Analytical thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Innovative experimentation with design approaches to deliver creative solutions.
