Main responsibilities:
- To understand front line and supply requirements and build them as functions in a sales tool.
- Understand, analyse and support the prioritization of business requirements.
- Participate in solution continuous improvement efforts
- Formulate business and process requirements into functional specifications
- Influence the functional design of all related and interconnected solutions within other functional areas to ensure solid cross-functional design
- Act as spearhead in the quarterly planning of development activities following the provided planning guidelines
- Support and facilitate the key user community
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in IT / Business Administration / Engineering
- Minimum of in-job experience of 8-10 years in translating business requirements into functional design
- Proven track-record in designing and participating in development of business & supply chain function.
- Good understanding for KONE Tendering and Ordering process.
- Good exposure to KONE Elevators and escalator products & their release process.
- Proficiency towards UI/UX areas.
- Strong experience in working with multicultural virtual and remote teams, especially with IT experts
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizations
- Design thinking experience as well asl previous experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) are seen as advantageous
- Ability and willingness to embrace and promote cultural diversity and inclusion respectfully across own team and organization
