As a Senior Product Designer on Marketing Systems (BizApps), you'll be an individual contributor dedicated to optimizing and expanding Roblox's web presence. Marketing Systems is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company websites, creating new ones, and ensuring that Roblox's web surfaces are aligned with our design systems and brand identity. You will focus on the UX architecture, design language, and visual consistency across various platforms. Collaborating across multiple teams at Roblox, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a cohesive user experience across the company's online presence.
You have experience in web design, with a keen understanding of how design systems and branding contribute to a seamless digital experience. Develop long-term design solutions to improve user experience on websites and mobile platforms.
You will report to the Sr. Product Design Manager.
You Will:
- Audit, research, strategize, and lead design for our web platforms and company websites
- Collaborate closely with the design systems and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across Roblox’s web presence
- Create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for web and mobile experiences
- Build a visual design language that aligns with Roblox’s brand and web strategies
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other team members to bring your designs to life, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across functions
- Conduct UX research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to advise and validate design decisions
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, design specs, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intent
- Establish a scalable and flexible design system that can be used across all web and mobile products to maintain consistency and quality
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the design system to adapt to new features and user needs
You Have:
- 4+ years of proven experience in web design, UX, product design, or a related field
- Expertise in web and mobile design, with a strong understanding of design systems, branding, and visual language
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, engineers, and brand designers
- A deep understanding of the entire design process, from ideation to execution, including design sprints, UX research, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and metrics
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful, functional, and user-friendly web and mobile experiences, with a focus on consistency, usability, and flow
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and collaborate effectively with collaborators
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- A proactive attitude and a passion for staying ahead of design trends and standard methodologies
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$173,470—$210,500 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
