About the role: 

Oliver is seeking a visionary Product Design, Lead for an exciting opportunity to define and drive the client experience for a financial services website. Working closely with the client's digital leadership team, they will be looked to as a dot com expert. The Product Design Lead should understand the customer POV on an enterprise website and guide its future state through data, best practices and innovative concepts. This person will blend visionary and tactical skills, with a need to design prototypes while also setting high-level direction. If you are a leader by nature with deep design and CX knowledge, this position could be a good fit. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Roughly 75% strategy and 25% hands-on
  • Designing prototypes to set direction and get buy-in
  • Synthesizing competitive analysis and customer feedback, then applying insights to craft a frictionless web experience
  • Interfacing with C-suite to articulate dot com vision and advocate for seamless experience that outperforms the competition
  • Leading discussions to gain alignment among cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech, etc.)
  • Making strategic recommendations  
  • Showing results supported by data (increased engagement, retention, customer feedback, etc.) 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Figma expertise, including interactive prototyping
  • Desire to immerse yourself the client's business products and model
  • Experience working on enterprise-level websites
  • Global brand experience a plus
  • Financial services experience a plus 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $130,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
