As a Product Delivery Manager within the Acquiring Platforms and Rails (APR) team, you will be tasked with spearheading the project management for a variety of Omnichannel solutions projects. This role offers the chance to enhance and streamline the delivery of our products, thereby significantly improving our customer experience.
Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Assist the Horizontal Portfolio Manager, Product Owner and Product Manager with Quarterly Business Review planning and book of work management
  • Proactively provide support to the Chief Product Officer, Horizontal Portfolio Manager, Product Owners and Product Managers, and manage thorough program plans, executive read-outs, meeting minutes, risks, issues and decisions
  • Drive strategic discussions, root cause analysis and help identify any product or process gaps
  • Ensure good data hygiene of project data points across suite of project management tools and repositories (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, Teams), and comply to all product and project management controls throughout the life of the programs/projects
  • Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Scrum Master's and Tech Leads across various business Horizontals and Domains in order to keep pulse on IT and non-IT related activities
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with a client-centric vision to help drive solutions that are meaningful for clients
  • Quickly identify risks and issues to escalate appropriately and see through closure
  • Assist with coordination for activities executed by User Acceptance Testing, Operations, Marketing, Communication and Field work streams


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Must be motivated and productive working in a matrixed organization and demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross functional teams
  • Must possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and carry the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase
  • Must possess strong leadership skills as well as strong organizational skills to plan, organize and manage resources and tasks
  • Must have a strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written)
  • Must possess an understanding and have experience dealing with external vendors
  • Must have sharp presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft suite to include PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Excel


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master desired
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience working with Agile and hybrid methodologies
  • Experience working with Third Party vendors/vendor management
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and present to all levels of management
  • Payments and point of sale solutions expertise desired
