The Product Owner for Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) will lead critical initiatives within the Lending Simplification roadmap. Responsibilities include process re-engineering, developing new functionalities and capabilities, implementing new systems, managing conversions, overseeing end-user testing and training, and creating standard operating procedures, all while ensuring successful deployment and adoption of changes. This role demands a leader who is results-driven and process-oriented
As a Product Delivery Associate within the Wholesale Lending Services, you will be focused on evaluating business processes, conducting requirements analysis, and developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, manage competing resources and priorities, and work in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong interest in business development and your understanding of information technology.
Job responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and conduct requirements analysis to uncover areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and project teams.
- Effectively manage competing resources and priorities.
- Communicate excellently, with the ability to present to a range of audiences and sometimes act as a translator between parties.
- Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in business development and possess a fair understanding of information technology
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis or loan servicing in commercial lending or the financial industry along with familiarity with loan systems like Loan IQ and ACBS
- Possess exceptional analytical, conceptual, and advanced technical skills, along with strong problem-solving and investigative abilities to analyze and resolve process-related issues.
- Demonstrate knowledge of investment banking products, including loans, and have a proven track record in successfully driving medium to large-sized projects.
- Exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
