  • Develop microcopy for in-app experiences, including buttons, tooltips, and error messages, to guide and inform Members and therapists.
  • Contribute to campaigns promoting new features, services, and educational content within the NOCD platform.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research to understand Member and Therapist needs and refine communication and terms accordingly.
  • Stay informed about OCD and mental health topics to create empathetic and relevant communications.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a product, marketing, or tech environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong ability to write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone.
  • Basic understanding of UX writing principles and how to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Passion for mental health and a desire to positively impact people’s lives.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Slack, and project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Why Join NOCD?

  • Be part of a passionate, purpose-driven team dedicated to transforming mental healthcare.
  • Opportunity to grow within a supportive and fast-growing organization.
  • Work in a remote-friendly environment that values collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
