Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.
  • Act as the central point of communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor and optimize resource usage to meet project requirements efficiently.
  • Identify risks or delays and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Product Support:

  • Conduct market and user research to gather insights for product development and enhancements.
  • Analyze product performance data and recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support product testing and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address product-related inquiries and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Operations Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational strategies and projects within the platform.
  • Ensure workflows and processes are well-documented and optimized for efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage cards and other deliverables to meet client goals and deadlines.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment across functions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Development team on operational matters.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance productivity.
  • Implement tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

Administrative Support:

  • Support leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel).
  • Familiarity with workflow optimization tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of digital tools, software development cycles, or IT systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworks.
  • Background in technology-driven industries or product-based environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
