- Purpose of the Role: The Product & Brand Communication Manager is responsible for E2E development of content across all products and all digital channels to support commercial agenda and e-commerce ambition. Develop and implement, together with communication team and agencies, short and medium-term communication and media strategy to support NN’s business objectives, while ensuring alignment with NN Group’s brand communication strategy
- Social media strategy and development and implementation of plans by channel to help the e-commerce ambitious
- Influencers strategy in strong correlation with social media objective
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop communication strategy development, communication plans development and integrate:
- Product communication strategy and plans, qualified toolkit development based on customer insights as key enabler for product benefits awareness and purchase intent increase
- Brand communication plans (brand campaigns, PR, social media channels), and their impact at the organizational level, ensuring the best image of NN Romania in relation to clients, the public, media channels, and other relevant entities.
- Media strategy and planning in line with media landscape evolution
- CSR strategy and planning
- Developing cascading choices for Marketing and communication budget in line with commercial ambitions and ROI principle
- Content creation: coordinating Creative /Digital Agency/freelancers for creating monthly content/calendar for all media channels/platforms,
- Monitor Media/ trends to improve the presence of the brand in the market/ the visibility and efficiency of campaigns
Managing all social media channels and creating relevant and engaging content for it - Set objectives for each campaign and communication channel within the area of control, monitor their progress, and enable corrective measures when necessary.
- Select and coordinate relevant external agencies (Creative, Digital etc)to support NN increase relevancy ambition
Requirements:
- Commercial profile with minimum of 7 years of proven experience in brand/ product management, all 4Ps
- Previous commercial experience is a must;
- Proficiency in developing and implementing communication strategies, plans, toolkits across all products /channel; from Bid Idea to Campaign idea and campaigns across digital channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications
- Fluent in English.

The monthly salary range for the Product & Brand Communication Manager role is between 17.300 - 29.700 lei gross.
