As a Senior Product Associate in our Platform product management team, you will be a strategic thinker, passionate about promoting solutions in Product Development. You will support the Product Manager in the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable and robust platform that supports our product ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify latest product trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
- Identify dependencies and communicate the impacts, delivery timelines and manage expectations with various stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering, design, architecture, and program teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Analyze performance for platform features by using data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, user guides, release notes and training materials.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform products.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and technology.
- Experience working on platform capabilities such as Alerts, Notifications, Preferences, Task and workflow management, Document management capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing platform products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
