The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious product analyst who is passionate about revolutionizing parenting through data. You’ll be a critical member of the product team, helping to uplevel all product decisions through data-driven insights. 

This role reports to the Head of Product, and is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.

What You’ll Own

  • Data Ownership and Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and maintain robust data tracking systems
    • Own and manage all tracking events across our digital products
    • Manage our data platforms, including Amplitude, Segment, Braze, AppsFlyer, and Optimizely
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance to better understand top of funnel growth, conversion, engagement, and retention
    • Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends
    • Proactively deliver insights and identify opportunities for product improvements based on data insights
    • Answer ad-hoc questions from product managers, providing data-backed responses
    • Collaborate closely with product managers to define and track KPIs
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    • Collaborate with product managers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience
    • Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on test results

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Mode)
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling manner
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Experience working with product management teams and translating data into actionable insights
  • Passion for using data to improve products and user experiences
