Under guidance from Product Director, Product Managers and Developers, conduct detailed analysis of product offerings, including but not limited to key metrics, financial performance, monthly activities and contribution to product strategies. Responsible for leading data gathering processes and conducting competitive analysis in support of CDTM strategic plans. Additionally, work with Product Developers in compiling documentation and procedures for the set up and maintenance of CDTM products and services, and ensure all external and internal support materials for CDTM product suite are current and accurately provided to all communication sites. At the senior levels, work under limited direction.Job Accountabilities

• Develop and support analysis across all CDTM product offers through model building, reporting and working with disparate business partners to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Manage multiple projects to generate revenues and process improvement.
• Assist Product Managers and Developers as a knowledge resource for sales and sales assistance on TM products, process and procedures.
• Coordinate with operations areas to ensure that they have the knowledge required to support the Bank’s products and services. Recommend actions for process improvement or revenues enhancement.
• Support Product Managers with rolling out new products and enhancements across all market segments.
• Establish and document new process and procedures to implement CDTM products.
• Support and service fellow associates within and outside of the banking office by adhering to the company’s vision and values.
• Protect the Bank's financial interests by complying with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Responsible for establishing on-line forms, supporting documentation, and procedures for implementation and maintenance of all CDTM products.
• Assist Product Managers in developing collateral materials for CDTM products.
• Responsible for managing the content on the CDTM Intranet site to ensure it is current and accurate.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Finance Required

Experience

2-4 years Business/banking; Cash Management or Treasury Management role Required

Licenses and Certifcations

AAP - Accredited ACH Professional within 2 years Preferred
CTP - Certified Treasury Professional within 2 years Preferred
