Intergo Telecom Ltd, a fast-growing Telecom start-up with a strong presence in the industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Product Analyst. As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in gathering and analyzing data to drive strategic product decisions and improve the overall customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to identify insights, define product requirements, and optimize product performance. You will be involved with Intergo Telecom's two main products: SMS.to and Telxi.com.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze user data, market trends, and competitor insights to identify improvement opportunities for our products
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans
- Work closely with the product team to develop user personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to validate product hypotheses and gather user feedback
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and support tickets to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and user experience design
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in the technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with product management methodologies, agile development processes, and user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
