Creative Producer

About the Role

 The role requires someone who takes charge and can make the hard calls. Producers at MrBeast are creative first problem solvers who are obsessed with finding the answers. This is a role that it is highly critical on making the calls and understanding how to research to find hard things quickly. If you are dedicated and love turning an idea into a reality, this is your role!

Our ideal candidate above all else, will need to be adaptable and thrive under pressure.  We work on short timetables to keep up with virality, and this role especially has to know when to make adjustments and when to push back on asks that may derail a shoot’s timeline and budget.  

If a candidate wants to exceed our expectations, they will obsess over marrying their knowledge and skill set into our culture and content formats. 

 What you’ll be doing: 

• Collaborating with creatives on your team to understand feasibility of bits and scenes
• Working with the team to prioritize tasks needed to execute bits and scenes 
• Researching hard to find people, locations, and props 
• Negotiation with vendors, locations and any other big components for a video
  
• Working with the team with day to day tasks for the overall video
• Pitching options and visuals to creative

What makes you a fit: 

• Experience picking up the phone, building relationships, and getting past the answer no. 
• Understand how to think creative first, production second 
• Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
• Leadership qualities, not just management practices
• Previous experience in YouTube or heavy consumer of YouTube
