Your main responsibilities:
- Customer and supplier planning
- Create delivery plans
- Order forecast, and sales plan
- ABC Classification of parts
- Standard stock keeping and optimize planning parameter
- Manage bottleneck situation and supply concerns
- Customer performance metrics
- Set-up of new customer and suppliers in our system
- Analyze and track key planning parameters and coordinate physical movement of material.
- To design and optimize the appropriate material supply chain and service level to the customer, coordinate information between Marketing, Sales and Supplying plants; incl. lead and support in customer and internal CIP projects.
Kwalifikacje
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement planning
- University degree in business economics, logistics, business informatics, or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently with international suppliers
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments and management levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in building and maintaining international marketing, sales, and customer networks
- Familiarity with planning processes and handling Big Data using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools
- Organized, self-driven, and customer-focused team player with a strong IT affinity
