Procurement Manager, eko Capture Factory

Eko is a technology company focused on delivering the best way to present products online.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first of its kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic, "figure-it-out-as-we-go" environments and are eager to grow with us.

The Procurement Manager, eko Capture Factory will report directly to the General Manager. The role involves leading the end-to-end development of the company's procurement strategy, processes and technology - ensuring the timely delivery of CAPEX projects, products and supplies to build and scale operations.

  • Optimize sourcing partnerships to meet the demands and pace of a high-growth business environment.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and contract management, in partnership with Factory Leadership, to secure high-quality, cost-effective partners.

Technology & Process

  • Oversee purchasing workflows, including ERP (NetSuite), including accurate invoice coding and accounting.
  • Partner with operations and technology teams to define inventory management needs and develop strategies that support risk management.
  • Define and streamline cross-functional processes for procurement and supply replenishment.
  • Own ongoing forecasting and planning for procured materials to maintain accurate budgets and meet demand consistently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Collaborate with teams across robot, studio, warehouse, and facility operations to lead procurement-related projects and address challenges.
  • Develop tools and systems to delegate repeatable procurement activities to departmental owners.
  • Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders to support supplier performance and compliance

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…

  • 7+ years of experience leading a procurement function within a complex environment.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing both CAPEX investments and operational supplies.
  • Experience with procurement technology and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong background in scaling operations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be on-site 5 days a week in Northwest Arkansas.
