Procurement Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Procurement Manager with experience in the tech or entertainment industries to manage the launch and day-to-day operations of our procure-to-pay functions. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will focus on the education, documentation, and management of the procure-to-pay process for Crunchyroll's global business units.

• You will manage, document, and enforce global procure-to-pay policies and procedures.
• You will review and prepare purchase orders, change orders, and contract documents, ensuring correct spending and terms.
• You will lead educational seminars and be the main expert on Procurement for business units.
• You will work with accounts payable and business units to verify receipts, match purchase orders, and process invoices (2- and 3-way matching).
• You will oversee the quarterly closing of purchase orders.
• You will find and make improvements to the procure-to-pay process and system.
• You will set up clear communication with legal, finance, accounts payable, and business units to resolve invoicing and Purchase Order issues.
• You will manage vendor setup and performance, enforcing contract terms and correcting inaccurate invoices.

About You

• You have 5+ years of experience in global procurement in tech or entertainment industries, focusing on indirect/services categories.
• You have experience managing a team.
• You are proficient in Coupa, with hands-on experience using the platform.
• You have experience with ERP and financial systems, including accruals and budgeting.
• You understand the procure-to-pay process and vendor management principles.
• You have experience managing purchase orders, change orders, and receipts.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and excel in collaborative environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or have equivalent practical experience.
