Responsibility for timely ATMs and other goods orders as well as its distribution between the countries within and outside of EMEA and its follow up in order to support Euronet deployment plan.
Main duties:
- Conducting various RFx
- Supporting the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation and contract management to achieve the best value for the organization
- Creating orders in internal Procurement System, follow up of the approval process and releasing the orders with vendors
- Tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process (such as delays in deliveries, delivery of goods in different specification than ordered, etc…)
- Internal goods stock verification and its movement between the countries
- Managing day to day cooperation with vendors
- Responsibility for maintaining various databases, preparation of the reports, summaries & overviews
- Evaluating and reporting on KPIs
- Maintaining professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting to Procurement Manager
Qualification:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferred directions: Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting)
- Understanding of Logistics and Transportation principles
- Fluent English and Polish both written and oral
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, and Power Point)
- Relevant procurement experience will be considered as an additional advantage
