Affirm's mission is to deliver honest financial products to improve lives. The Procurement Lead is a key player on our Procurement Operations team and works alongside our Financial Partnerships team. The Procurement Lead is responsible for ensuring Procurement Operations are running seamlessly and in accordance with company policy, as well as guiding Affirm’s business owners through the purchasing process. What You’ll Do

Manage the pipeline of procurement requests and ensure that all stakeholder teams (e.g. Legal, Information Security, Strategic Finance) conduct timely review and approval

Manage vendor onboarding in our P2P system, collecting supplier details and for proper review

Manage the purchase requisition and purchase order process

Conduct beginning to end procurement process (contract collection to signatures) in contract review in partnership with vendor legal

Assist in process improvement projects
What We Look For

You have 3-5 years of recent experience in Procurement Operations and Procurement Tools (preferably Coupa and Zip)

Base Pay Grade - I
Equity Grade - 4
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $90,000 - $130,000
