Procurement Execution Analyst
Location: Guadalajara SSC
The Procurement Execution Analyst will be responsible for executing transactional procurement responsibilities in support of US segments. In addition, procurement analyst (US segments) will execute tasks to monitor, report, and comply with core procurement policies as well as master data updates requested by US segments in accordance with established KPI/SLA. The procurement analyst will partner with Buyers supporting other US plants and Mexico plants to share best practices, pool resources, and identify opportunities to enhance process, optimize spend, or reduce risk.
Procurement Execution:
- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated and Non-MRP generated Purchase Requisitions as directed for US Core/Specialty Plants
- Process Purchase Orders for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Requisitions as directed for US Core/Specialty Plants
- Conduct and field communications with Vendors for designated Purchase Orders
- Create new Purchasing Information Records as well as maintain and update Purchasing Information records as directed
- Perform and maintain centralized Source List in key Procurement systems
- Monitor key Purchasing policies for Plants and conduct recurring review/analysis to ensure policies are adhered to.
- Liaise with Procurement Leads at US Core/Specialty Plants to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and/or Vendor Invoices
- Liaise with Buyers supporting other US Core/Specialty and Mexico Plants to share best practices, identify process opportunities, and share resources
Qualified candidates will have:
Computer Proficiency:
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline
- Data management and analytics tools: PowerBI a plus
- PrSAP experience is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus but not required.
Language Skills & Proficiency:
English: Must have expert proficiency in English
Spanish: Must have expert proficiency in Spanish
