Job Description
- Build strong data capabilities that could be used for procurement and real estate decisions
- Prepare and present business cases that would be submitted to BR leadership for approval
- Develop financial models that forecast business outcomes
- Measure financial risk associated with investment decisions
- Create alternative reports and scorecards that measure productivity, efficiency, savings, and compliance
- Own the reporting and analytics function for real estate capacity and all global leases and buy-side contracting
- Study industry-specific business trends and research data to support decision making process
- Administrator of the contracting and leasing systems, responsible for key processes, controls, reporting and analysis.
- Evaluate historical and current leases, contracts, and other data to understand key trends
- Work together with legal, real-estate, purchasing, strategic sourcing, and third-party risk management and all Business and functional teams
- Leverages Oracle procurement platform to support strong controls
- Participates in special infrastructure-building projects, as needed
- Review and educate end users on Policy requirements
- Supports department training and development program initiatives
- Develops strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong quantitative skills, with proven financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, and working with databases, software/cloud applications
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, is a plus
- Lease and Contract management knowledge and experience and understanding is required
- Experience with managing CLM systems, specifically Icertis is a plus
- Innovative and analytic thinker, with expert problem-solving skills
- Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Project management experience is a plus
- Highest level of ethics and integrity
Minimum Educational Level
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, supply chain or other business field (Also, Systems, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics) MBA is a plus
Minimum Experience
- 3-5 plus years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably in a contracting, procurement or, legal related function
