Reporting to Senior Manager-Global Procurement, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the team to further enhance our capabilities in Global Sourcing. The role of Procurement Analyst is a critical part of the Procurement function, providing operational and tactical support across the team. The role will be responsible for undertaking all types of purchasing activities, including source to pay functions, identifying opportunities to reduce costs & improve the value of operational procurement. You will support driving the best value from the Supplier base across various spend category areas within agreed parameters. The role is across all areas of the business and categories including interaction with all levels of Altus associates. You will be working closely with the strategic team leaders to support them and where required, lead on all Procurement-related activities assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in contract negotiations, leveraging the opportunity for cost reduction and favorable terms

Trigger timely renewals of Contracts & Agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory
-
Purchase Order Process of Creating, Review & Approve, and/or Change Order and Close. Placing Order with Supplier, tracking for receipt, record keeping for audits

Liaise with vendors to determine requirements for sourcing & apply best practices to reduce turnaround time for orders, queries, discrepancies, RMA's, ETA's, & invoice issues

Maintain and update records in the information management systems on requests for products & services

Manage the Contracts Tracker to ensure all team members are updating and actioning their remit

Collaborate with team on operational processes to support where required

Build strong internal & external relationships with key stakeholders & Suppliers.

Support strategic team leads with contract renewals, SRM, one off projects and/or Procurement efficiencies as required

Help Promote PaaS across the business, providing sourcing guidance and alignment to Procurement policy and processes.

Support and action Procurement Operational change requests once approved

Provide reporting oversight across the team, helping to manage and create data dashboards

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Systems Knowledge - MS Office 365 Suite, Medium plus level Excel, MS Teams

ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM) and Workday Procurement experience would be desirable.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or supply Chain and or equivalent Diploma in related field

Two plus years’ experience in procurement function or a related role preferred

Process Knowledge of the Procure to Pay Life cycle & Information Management
-
Administration experience could apply itself to this role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders

Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives

Proficient in MS Office Suite Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe
-
Willingness to learn, develop and get things done

Can do attitude is a must
