Job Description:Perform system training, process analysis, and support the development and implementation of training programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing duties relating to adult training programs; training on assigned systems; responsible for training preparation by arranging schedules and documenting attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue services.
2 years of experience in the development and presentation of training materials preferred.
Education Qualifications:
Degree in healthcare or business related field preferred
