Job Description
Join our Technical Team as a Process Technologist, driving the successful implementation of new recipes and materials into production. This role involves running factory trials, managing process improvements, and ensuring product quality aligns with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead factory trials and process development.
- Conduct testing, organoleptic assessments, and troubleshooting.
- Support critical project timelines and process improvements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Assist in site audits and maintain compliance with quality systems.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Food Science or related field.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in FMCG or a similar environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- HACCP Level 3 qualification.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
