About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong analytical and technical skills to ensure efficient problem resolution for ongoing production and field feedback, conduct root cause analyses, initiate immediate measures, and act as an interface between new operations, pre-series, model changes, and our Q-program team.
Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure problem resolution from ongoing production as well as field confirmations
  • Carrying out root cause analyses and initiating immediate measures
  • Processing of analysis results
  • Escalation of critical issues according to escalation process
  • Collaborate on trial builds and coordination of cubing setups
  • Participate as Quality Management specialist in P-FMEA
  • Integration of new programs


Who we are looking for

  • High education in mechanical engineering and/or quality management (university degree preferred)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and systems
  • Fluent in English


Your preferred qualifications

  • Problem solving techniques (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge in integrated management systems
  • Quality management methods (8D, Ishikawa, Poka-Yoke, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
