We proudly manufacture 38 different medicines in over 1500 pack variations to treat Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Asthma, Cold Sore and Acne, to name just a few. We supply to over 130 markets around the world.

The successful applicant will work as part of the I&D production team.

In this role you will…

  • To work as a flexible multi-skilled member of a production team.
  • Ensure compliance in Safety, Quality and Training standards.
  • To meet customer Service, Cost and Quality targets
  • To set up and operate a range of Filling and Packaging machines including Critical Device and Guard Check challenges.
  • Input Barcodes, laser prints, make up print blocks.
  • To perform In Process Control testing throughout production.
  • To perform Line Cleaning, Line Clearing and Line Clearance checks of Packaging / Filling machines and work areas.
  • Complete batch documentation correctly according to Procedures, GPMP and Safety standards.
  • Assess component usage prior to batch end to reduce wastage.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement to enable the line to meet hourly and daily production and efficiency targets
