MISSION:
Developing innovative projects to achieve gap performance compared to existing process. Study from concept to detail design and built for chemical, petrochemical, or industrial plants all Mechanical affair while respecting, Client Specifications, project KPIs, cost and schedule and local regulation, international norms and standard. Perimeter is E2A/ESBN (Asia zone, ESBN plants such as chemical or petrochemical plants).
- To lead mechanical engineering design for conception or co-conception as well as retrofit of existing units. To link Mechanical studies with others PDP-FEED and Detail Engineering (done by others) to ensure compliance and Battery limits for Mechanical packages and assemblies. Then to assure the conformity of the design with the project specification, with local regulations and compliance of the process performance, cost and schedule.
- To write technical tender and support the procurement activities during technical clarification with OEM vendors, identify and highlight any potential deviations on technical, cost and lead time.
- To manage the process evolution by mechanical improvements at the Asian ESBN perimeter. To bring his/her expertise to support the industry in choice of process development consistent with the group strategy. To develop the technical analysis and the CDCT of mechanical projects and ensures its relevance during project development.
- To coordinate and monitor mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, test and acceptance.
- To support for commissioning and start-up activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience 5-10 years in Mechanical and Process Engineer.
- Experienced in Commissioning & Construction will be advantage.
- Mainly based in Bangkok but Flexible to work upcountry for short period.
- Able to work under high pressure, challenge situations, and be autonomous.
- Fluent in English
- Positive mindset.
