  • In your position, you will be responsible for process management for all controlling processes in the Security Systems division of Robert Bosch GmbH
  • In addition, you will record and analyze customer requirements, structure, prioritize and present dependencies as well as create technical concepts to implement the requirements and carry out gap analyses.
  • Your tasks include the design, implementation and further development of standardized and integrated SAP solutions as part of projects and system adjustments (change requests / business requests) in the Controlling process area.
  • You coordinate customer-specific SAP developments in Controlling and manage the developers and process managers of other process areas to ensure integration with other process areas and the correct flow of values.
  • You act as a consultant for the central controlling department (process owner) as well as the local key users and will coordinate and ensure the operational business and 2nd level support as well as global services as a shared service center.

Qualifikationen

  • Education: completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and Knowledge: many years of professional experience in the design and implementation of controlling processes in SAP; excellent SAP knowledge including customizing with a focus on SAP CO and SAP FI; basic knowledge of the SD, MM modules, SAP Service and the SAP organization model are an advantage, as is initial experience with S/4; good knowledge of the relevant data structures in the SAP CO and SAP FI modules; experience in cross-module processes in SAP with a focus on value flows; very good specialist knowledge of internal accounting, cost accounting and controlling and the underlying business processes; ability to translate business requirements into IT concepts and development specifications; experience in cooperation between the business and IT departments
  • Personality and Working Practice: very good methodical and communicative skills, strong creative drive and a goal- and result-oriented way of working, assertiveness, persuasiveness and the ability to structure complex processes, independent, proactive and self-reliant way of working, willingness to work in a complex and dynamic working environment
  • Languages: very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German preferred
