Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Strategy and Design supports the third party risk management organization and committed to delivering high-impact strategic solutions to address the groups most urgent needs.
Job Summary
As an Associate in Corporate Third Party Oversight team, you will be responsible for process improvements and partner within CTPO organization or with line of business, technology, operations, controls, legal, tax and compliance to establish an efficient and standardized outsourcing framework across the organization.
Job responsibilities:

  • Provide objective analysis and making critical business decisions which result in stronger operating models, greater impact to employees, and an improved control environment in partnership with senior leaders from CTPO.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Own significant pieces of an entire workstream, identifying qualitative and quantitative analyses required and executing on them with little oversight
  • Work with others to identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact across portions of a workstream
  • Synthesize impactful findings, develop recommendations, and help present recommendations to senior management
  • Lead client interviews / working sessions to gather baseline information; independently requests needed information and follows up with clients
  • Deliver client presentations, focusing on "so-whats" not just analyses; answer questions clearly
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage most elements of an entire workstream


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills, could prioritize and manage time, and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data analytics and insights: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop analytics solutions that deliver valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Support large volume data analysis, results of data analysis with ease and speed.
  • Data visualization: Drive the creation of intuitive and interactive data visualizations to present complex analytical results, enabling non-technical stakeholders to understand and interpret data effectively
  • Clarity of thought: We operate quickly and efficiently, and we value people who are economical with their time and clear with their opinions
  • Comfortable working within a geographically distributed team
