Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Process Engineer. This opportunity exists at our St Thomas location, and occasional travel may be required to our Woodbridge facility.

Job Description

• Cost improvement suggestions,
• Equipment setup,
• Technical document preparation
• Work with our suppliers on various projects
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to execute projects in a timely fashion from initial requests to final implementation.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Proven strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Database Management, Word, Excel, Outlook, and a sound working knowledge of CAD Software.
• Understanding of costing and time studies as it relates to Value Stream improvements.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools a definite asset.
• Architectural or Fenestration industry knowledge is a definite asset.
• Post-secondary school education in a related Engineering discipline, or Technologist diploma
• Minimum 3 years of Process/CI Engineering experience.
  
  This is an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with a broad experience looking for a challenging opportunity. The position is permanent with a remuneration package based on experience and qualifications. Only those individuals with the above minimum experiences need apply.
