ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations
  • Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency
  • Design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio
  • Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion
  • Comprehends applicable health and safety requirements and regulations
  • Perform other duties to meet the needs of the business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of process design methods, tools and software
  • Strong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation 
  • Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trends
  • Ability to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as needed
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role
  • 2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Occasionally will work in a shop environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, moderate noise, and temperature fluctuations.
