Process Control and Engineering
- Ability to work with high degree of autonomy to ensure that all processes are compliant with yield expectations. To fulfill a technical/specialist role in the production environment for process issues where first line management require support and / or cannot resolve.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives to make process improvements and cost reduction using lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
Communication
- Ability to communicate at all levels, deal with complex technical problems whilst promoting change using influencing and persuading skills. Ability to prepare clear written reports detailing progress and recommend improvements as required.

- Contribute to, or lead teams focused on specific projects or initiatives.
Leadership
- As an engineer with autonomy, a calm, collected approach to problem solving in the face of a fluid environment is required.

What We Do
Alleima is a global manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced stainless steels and special alloys as well as solutions for industrial heating. Based on long-term customer partnerships and leading materials technology, we develop products for the most demanding applications and industries.
Our offering includes products like seamless steel tubes for the energy, chemical and aerospace industry, precision strip steel for white goods compressors, air conditioners and knife applications, based on more than 900 active alloy recipes.
