About the Role
Lead the transmission EOL testing ME activities - communication between the Divisions, support for shop floor actions and experience sharing between projects/divisions/teams.
Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for processes and standards development.
  • Understand different Testing Systems at EOL (e.g. Team Soft etc.). Support teams in finding root causes of EOL rejects and drive corrective actions down to machining level.
  • Lead the best practice activities for EOL field of expertise within.
  • Continuous improvement of existing test software and processes for end-of-line test equipment for current product base.
  • Developing of new Proof of Concepts for new product testing and innovative processes.
  • Develop database concepts and processes for data collection in the transmission end-of-line test area and support assembly line with data collection.
  • Work with product development on a Simultaneous-Engineering-approach for EOL test requirements


Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications

  • University degree, major in electrics/mechanical manufacturing or relevant
  • B2 level in spoken and written English language / German language is an advantage
  • 3 or more years of working experience in transmission EOL testing field
  • Familiar with product function and features, EOL test standards
  • Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques for powertrain products. Knowledge of electric drivetrain systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing Technologies
  • Hands-on manufacturing floor experience coupled with exposure to suppliers
  • Good analytical thinking and technical work experience
  • Ability to lead small dedicated teams to implement solutions
  • Self-motivation, team spirit, stress resilience, sense of responsibility, ability to make decisions
  • 25% travel time possibility
