The plant in Hatvan founded in 1998 and the largest production centre in the world for the Bosch Group's automotive electronics division. The company's main profile is the series production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems for the future products of the Group's Mobility Solutions business. The strategic objective of Hatvan is to play an active role in the future of automated, accident-free and environmentally friendly motoring by continuously developing its employees' expertise, high-tech manufacturing solutions.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Technology industrialization for laser processes
• Analyse, evaluate and do standardization of manufacturing machinery within power electronics manufacturing
• Support the definition, acquisition and release process for new manufacturing machineries
• Realize the technology application for further product variants and ramp ups
• Support and coordinate problem solving, and do systematic improvement work within the CN by initiating lessons learned
• Collaboration with external stakeholders like universities, central departments and institutes.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in automotive engineering/mechatronics engineering/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering
• At least 3 yrs manufacturing experience with laser processes
• Strong analytical skills, high precision and persuasive personality
• Basic knowledge of problem analysis and solving tools, willingness to work with data / programming
• Fluency in written & spoken English
