The Probe Process team in Manassas, VA will check wafer electrical performance after finish wafer fabrication process and provide the final disposition of the wafers based on test data to meet customer requirement. Backend process will use this information to build individual chips.
As a Probe Process Engineer you will support the Probe Manufacturing team for any automation issues related to product movement or dispositioning or data integrity. You will also own the automated software used for product disposition/data generation and also additional in-house applications using to support manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with the Product Engineering and Quality teams on a regular basis
- Develop or modify software applications that will be used by the Probe Manufacturing, Probe Equipment, Probe Product, Quality, and Process teams
- Data analysis to verify the software as well as perform extensive testing to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
- Daily Tactical to resolve the problem that might be occured related to product movement or dispositioning or data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 0-2 years of experience required.
- GPA more than 3.25
- Experience with applications ranging from building basic dashboards to full life cycle applications
- Experience of scripting languages such as Perl
- Experience with databases such as SQL
- Experience with various OS such as Linux/Windows
- Ability to troubleshoot process problems and address root cause
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programming languages such as Python
- Experience with database such as MySQL/Microsoft/Oracle
- Experience with web programming such as PHP/ASP/Angular
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once and stay focused on critical issues
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build strong peer relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and a dedication to meeting the needs of customers
