WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
-
Transport biologicals, sharps, and other required supplies to clinic sites safely and securely.

Provide patient care at the on-site and off-site clinic departments in accordance with established policies.

Perform emergency response duties, consistent with training provided and in accordance with Hospital policy, including epinephrine administration during an anaphylaxis reaction.

Document patient immunization including but not limited to immunization type, date, and refusal of vaccination.

Review protocols and age-specific vaccine requirements prior to the opening of the clinic.

Administer vaccines, drawing vaccine according to manufacturer’s instructions and administer to the patient using safe and proper techniques and a system of double checks.
QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree required
-
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) required

CPR certification required
-
1 year of Nursing/Patient Care and Pediatrics experience preferred

Up to 75%
