Job Description
We are looking for a Platform Manager for our Private Credit Solutions business to oversee the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of private credit specific business process and systems. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, ensuring the development and deployment of tools and processes that support investment decision-making, portfolio management, risk assessment, and operational efficiency within the private credit business.
In this role you will:

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for our Private Credit Solutions business to align with business objectives and industry trends;

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Private Credit Solutions business, guiding business and technology teams to drive the implementation of the target operating model on the private credit platforms;

Analyze market developments, competitor solutions, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization stays competitive;

Work with stakeholders to identify new features and functionality that will improve business processes and the system, analyze the impact of the change and collaborate with IT colleagues on the technical solution design;

Partner with business leaders, investment teams, risk managers, and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements;

Challenge whenever needed to keep the Private Credit platform as simple as possible and a complex as required;

Manage the vendor relationship, software licenses and maintain a prioritized list of enhancements and issues;

Align with key stakeholders to set priorities, identify pain points and keep the user community informed about the Private Credit system landscape;

Ensure that the systems in scope are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Requirements

At least 7 years work experience in private credit, asset management, or financial services, with a focus on technology platforms and operations;

Hands-on experience with loan origination systems, portfolio management tools, or risk management platforms (i.e., LoanIQ, WSO Web, etc.);

Detailed knowledge of the operational, financial and legal requirements of private credit funds including close-ended funds, semi-liquid funds and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs);

Strong understanding of private credit processes, including underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions as well as process information quickly;

Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and business impact;

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization;

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
