About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced, analytical professional to elevate our Private Label & Owned Brands portfolio through data-driven decision-making. In this key role, you will leverage data across multiple platforms to enable full-portfolio visibility, optimize performance, and uncover growth opportunities. By developing scalable dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll provide insights that drive category profitability and customer awareness. This role is critical to shaping our Private Label and Owned Brands strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data across multiple platforms, sources, and teams to enable full-portfolio analysis and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to track key performance metrics and ensure data accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights across categories related to performance trends, competitive gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders including merchandising, marketing, supply chain and procurement to define and implement a reporting structure for measuring Private Label and Owned Brand performance. Setting baselines for key metrics and identifying assortment opportunities for increased engagement and revenue growth.
  • Perform data modeling and analysis to identify trends, inform campaign strategies, and support decision-making for leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help integrate and streamline data across platforms, addressing gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Analyze competitive data to provide SKU and pricing optimization recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a focus on driving data-informed decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, etc.).
  • Proven experience in developing dashboards, conducting analysis, and delivering actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets; Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning merchandising analytics with business goals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Experience analyzing assortments to determine gaps and optimize mix
