JR48813 Principal/Staff/ Senior Design Engineer - Mask Tech (Evergreen)

Responsibilities could be one of the following:
- Scribe Design Engineer to provide electrical test structure design solutions for production parts, advanced technology development and qualification for manufacturing, implement verification methodologies for param structures needed for cutting edge technology.
- Photo Overly Engineer to tackle critical lithography scribe challenges for memory process technology. This includes modeling to support optical simulation related to scribe optical mark, provide mark design recommendations. Work with vendor applications teams to find areas for overlay scribe improvement.
- OPC Engineer to process reticle design data through OPC enabling our Production and R&D fabs to print on wafer using photolithography as intended by the Designers. Develop processes, automated verifications, and systems to support OPC processing.
- System Engineer for developing custom software applications to facilitate the design and manufacturing of photo masks for use in semiconductor fabrication. Your emphasis will be to apply best known methods to create elegant reusable software.
Skills:
- Analog/Mixed Signal, DRAM and NAND memory Circuit Design and Layout design.
- Hands on experience and proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre etc.)
- Excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills including DRC, LVS and circuit simulation (hspice)
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics, operation, parametric testing and DFM
- Calibre SVRF/TVF, SKILL, Perl, Python, Bash and C-shell.
- OPC jobdeck development, OPC simulations.
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery), SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- 8D, 5-why problem solving for root cause analysis and systematic solutions.
Education Requirement: BS degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience requirements: 5-15 years in an engineering position.
