What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively developing new business opportunities
- Leading the delivery of our client projects
- Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent
- Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients
- Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders
- Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines
- Taking responsibility for your own business development targets
- Engaging with multiple Partners
- Driving the personal development of your teams
- Providing thought leadership and internal training/coaching
- You will be developing the next leaders of our company
- You will be driving new business development and sales efforts and growing our franchise
- You will be leading the delivery of initiatives and driving further sales opportunities within existing clients
