We are looking for a Principal UX/UI Designer to help shape the design of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a track record designing great software products in an agile setting and a desire to constantly solve new and exciting design problems for web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll own:
- Deliver highly functional, user-focused designs, wireframes, prototypes and annotations.
- Create UX solutions that satisfy business strategies and user needs.
- Work with Product Managers to conduct user research, facilitate user testing and provide solution-oriented recommendations based on the results.
- Provide detailed specifications of design solutions to be consumed by development teams.
- Participate in reviewing development work to make sure all user experience specifications and designs are implemented properly
- Resolve complex, technical problems through excellent design
- Drive the full range of design activities from conception through final visual design
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving arena design trends and standards, and provide guidance
You have:
- 10+ years of proven success working in UX /UI design roles
- Expertise in developing wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Extensive knowledge of user research and user testing methods
- Ability to craft specific visual design elements for products
- Knowledge of programming languages, content management systems and popular design tools
- Strong visual design sense, with a clear command of interaction design, and usability
- The drive and ability to learn quickly about our domain and our complex technology
- The ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to build great relationships across the organization.
- Strong attention to design and visual details
- Deep empathy for our audience of Python and R developers
- Demonstrated experience partnering with product and engineering and other internal, as well as external, stakeholders
- Experience working in a B2B software company
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills
