We are looking for an experienced and passionate C# developer to join our Cybersecurity Team. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. If you have strong skills in C#, a solid background in mentoring and leading teams, we want you on our team!
Main Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our Cybersecurity Team, you will be at the forefront of driving technical excellence and innovation. Your role will encompass:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership to the team.

Mentorship: Coach and guide less senior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Quality Assurance: Set and uphold high-quality standards for code and processes.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements to existing services and products.

Technological Adoption: Integrate new and beneficial technologies, primarily within AWS.

Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with Architects and Software Engineers to develop system architecture.

Process Maturity: Take the initiative to improve the software development process, including delivery automation.
About You:
You are an experienced professional with a solid educational background and a passion for continuous learning and your qualifications include:

A degree in IT Engineering or a related STEM field from a university or technical college.

At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Key Skills:
You possess a diverse skill set, including:

Programming: Extensive experience in C# and .NET (Core & Framework).

Testing: proven experience in testing frameworks (e.g. MSTest, Moq, JMeter, and Testcontainers).

AWS: Experience with common AWS services (e.g. EC2, EKS, Lambda)

Cloud-Native Tools: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

CI/CD: Experience with delivery automation and build pipelines.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
Bonus Skills:

Leadership experience in a lateral position.

Windows Server administration experience.

PKI setup and administration experience.
