Your role...
The Principal Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our advanced solutions. This position requires a unique blend of industry expertise, technical acumen, and strong client relationship skills.

In this role you will...

  • Bridge the gap and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address our clients' unique insurance challenges.
  • Design innovative solutions and leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to architect tailored solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead with impact by presenting compelling solutions to both prospective and existing clients, highlighting the value and ROI of our offerings.
  • Drive business transformation by being a trusted partner with our clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  •  Continuously stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

To be successful, you will need...

  • Minimum 10 yrs in a solutions consulting role; similar experience in product management
  • 5+ years of lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment is required
  • 3-5+ years of P&C (or benefits) operations management experience is preferred
  • External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, suctioning, pre-sales and contracting would be a plus
  • Previous Sr Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Solutions design and/or implementation preferred.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and challenges.
  • Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of insurance platforms, policy administration systems, and claims management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a drive to find innovative solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $112.689-191,025 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
