A Day in the Life
Attention to detail and speaking up if something doesn't look right are critical success factors for this role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
1) Understands Medtronic's contracting and invoicing processes to help reconcile, calculate, and verify ordering activity and monthly invoices for customers on the FLEX and FIXED Capitation programs
2) Reports to and works with Program Manager to develop trackers and dashboards to monitor invoicing progress
3) Communicates with customers, finance, rebates, sales (field and remote sales), IT, CFS (Credit services) and management on billing/invoicing issues and progress
4) Helps with customer analyses, partnering with remote sales team, using PowerBI data and information to ensure discounts are achieved for a billing cycle, may involve email communications with the customer and sales team on ordering suggestions
5) Perform a monthly review of results and, if needed, makes adjustments to defer crumbs and to correct pricing errors (e.g. unwound bundles / packs, delayed price loads) on a monthly basis within Vistex
6) Assists with customer contract compliance, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison within the business.
7) Successfully managing their time and shifting priorities based on customers' and support teams' needs
8) Submitting and following up with IT Help Desk tickets to address issues impacting SAP Vistex, business Object and / or PowerBI (e.g. data accuracy, functionality, report layouts)

- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and on the job experience
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A), 0 years of experience required.
- Technical skills: Excel, SAP Vistex, PowerBI, Business Objects / BOXI / GSR, Outlook, Adobe

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000.00 - $108,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
