Your challenge:  

As our Principal Pricing and Monetisation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Taxfix’s pricing and monetization strategies across multiple markets and product offerings. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly driving initiatives and owning day-to-day pricing and monetization projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your insights and contributions will have a significant impact on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and deliver exceptional customer value.

• Design and implement pricing bundles and upselling mechanisms tailored to different customer segments and markets.

• Actively monitor pricing performance using data-driven analysis, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Conduct hands-on A/B testing and performance evaluations to validate pricing and monetization strategies.

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Provide actionable recommendations and communicate updates to stakeholders based on data-driven findings.

• Balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring both high-level goals and immediate objectives are achieved.
  

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or related roles within tech, fintech, or e-commerce industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, pricing models, and performance metrics. Proficiency with tools like Excel, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.

• Ability to balance strategic long-term value creation with hands-on execution in daily pricing and monetization tasks.

• Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs, particularly in fintech or SaaS contexts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

• Fluency in German and English is required.

• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
