Role Overview: 

Fractal Analytics Academy (FAA) is the learning and development arm of Fractal. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee and drive the success of FAA). With over a decade of experience in delivering innovative learning solutions expertise in data science, AI, analytics, and data engineering, FAA provides transformative learning solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of enterprise learning and development, combined with a passion for enabling learning and growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for learning at Fractal. 

• Oversee end-to-end program design, content creation, and delivery for Fractal’s workforce and external clients. 

• Interact with business leaders and craft out a learning strategy/learning path to meet business outcomes. 

Program Design and Delivery: 

• Lead the creation of high-quality, impactful learning programs in data science, AI, analytics, design and data engineering. 

• Oversee the delivery of learning solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client goals. 

• Drive innovation in learning methodologies, leveraging digital tools and platforms. 

• Oversee FAA operations. 

Content Development: 

• Ensure all content adheres to best practices in instructional design and reflects cutting-edge advancements in technology and analytics. 

• Oversee production of world-class media using FAA's professional-grade recording studios and cutting edge media tools. 

Team Leadership and Development: 

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of instructional designers, faculty, media specialists, and other learning professionals. 

• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the FAA team. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: 
  PhD or master’s degree in education, Organizational Development, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. 

• Experience: 

• 15+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Leadership roles in Analytics/AI-driven organizations. 

• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs for technical and business audiences. 

• Experience in managing teams, client relationships, and large-scale learning initiatives. 

• Skills: 

• Expertise in enterprise L&D in AI, analytics or related organizations. 

• Strong understanding of adult learning pedagogy 

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. 

• Familiarity with data science, data engineering, analytics, design and AI concepts. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
