BeyondFS is a rapidly growing UK-based consultancy, having grown fivefold in the past three years. We provide ‘expert-led change’ services to financial institutions, helping them shape, manage, and deliver their critical financial crime and regulatory-driven transformation programmes. Our consultants are passionate about delivering complex financial crime and regulatory transformation programmes to help our clients succeed and to drive a better, safer, more robust financial sector. Our consultants combine deep transformation expertise with subject matter knowledge in financial crime and regulatory-driven operations, enabling us to help our clients succeed in their most important initiatives.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to join an ambitious consultancy where you will experience both autonomy and support from day one? Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are curious to learn and be part of the growth and success of a scaling consultancy? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a leader of our business, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects and help shape and build our company as we grow. We are not for the faint-hearted, and you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer and people-first environment. In return, you can expect to join a supportive team who genuinely care about each other and like to have fun along the way. You will be working alongside some of the best consultants in the industry, where everyone takes pride in celebrating both individual and collective success.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Principal to join our team who will act as an inspiring leader within a fast-growing financial services consulting business. You will:

  • Help shape, develop and grow BeyondFS propositions;
  • Directly contribute through sales and business development;
  • Be responsible for leading and delivering our largest and most complex transformation programmes;
  • Support recruitment and other people-related activities; as well as
  • Manage critical internal projects.

Like all of our team, enhancing our company culture will be a core part of your role – we want all of our consultants to be a role model to others in the business regardless of grade. Being a consultant at BeyondFS isn’t the easy option, but it’s hugely rewarding and offers a massive opportunity for growth to those who work with us.

Our core values are an honest reflection of who we are and how we deliver everything we do.

If you thrive in a sales-focused role, are passionate about delivery and leading from the front, and want to be part of an exciting journey shaping BeyondFS's future, we would love to hear from you!

What We Do

BeyondFS provides expert consultancy services to financial institutions, helping them to shape, manage and deliver their critical agenda in the face of evolving regulations, financial crime risks and operational challenges.

We’re here to help you address your toughest business challenges across the following pivotal areas:

Regulatory change - understand and adapt to new regulations, accelerate implementation programmes, and embed compliance.

Financial crime – deliver complex strategic and remedial financial crime programmes, perform risk assessments, enhance controls, streamline processes and future-proof operating models

Operational performance - design and implement new operating models, automate processes, improve MI and governance, and enhance resilience.

We are experts in implementing new technologies and building data capabilities in all of these areas, such as selecting optimal vendors, digitising workflows, and establishing robust data governance frameworks.

What makes us different?

1. Everything we do is geared towards our clients’ success
We are results-focused, client-obsessed and committed to delivering lasting solutions that align with your vision and serve as the foundation for your future success, not tick-box exercises.

2. We harness our expertise to our clients’ ambitions
We deploy small, high impact teams of handpicked experts in both programme delivery and technical specialisms, who deliver results quickly using methods proven through years of experience in the financial sector.

3. We are distinctively rewarding to work with
We are humble, friendly, and easy to work with, taking our work seriously but not ourselves. We excel at maintaining high motivation levels when leading programmes, even under intense pressure.

Where do you want to be tomorrow?

We can help you succeed in a rapidly evolving world.
