Principal Engineer - NVE PE (Programming)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reliability test flows (MAF/pWLRx/ULR) used for device qualification demonstration.
• Collaborate with the Reliability team to ensure comprehensive product testing and address potential issues promptly.
• Innovate new reliability features and solutions to meet all customer requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete reliability coverage and understand issues arising from reliability testing.
• Apply in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation, and risk assessment.
• Act as first responders to reliability test program-related issues.
• Define interface hardware specifications and perform validation and debugging of new interface boards to ensure product compatibility and efficient performance in various environments.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in coding/programming languages such as Python/C++.
• Basic understanding of CMOS technology and NAND flash device physics and design.
• Proven experience in reliability testing and familiarity with testing methodology and verification.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
• Good multitasking abilities and the capacity to set priorities in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams is a strong plus.
